WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SERVICE STARTS

Every time the assistant clocks in and out for the day they will send you an email notifying you of what they plan to work on and what they have accomplished. Our assistants have a supervisor that also monitors all of their work activity with frequent webcam shots and screenshots of their computer screen to ensure they are at their desk being productive.
Whatever way you prefer. Phone Calls – For conversations where long detailed explanations are needed. Emails – For issues that are not a high priority that can wait until the next day. Google Hangouts – Chat feature that provides access from assistant to you for quick answers.
Virtually everything. The assistants have been trained to have basic knowledge of real estate brokerage. They have read a text book, had classroom discussions, watched videos and taken exams to document their knowledge. They have also worked for our sister company as a virtual assistant answering phone calls, emails and doing specific tasks for our real estate company. But they are also trained to not assume they have the right answer to any questions and they will learn from you with each decision or process you help them with.
Your assistant will only be as good as the time you put into training them on your methods and the specific way you want things done for your business. Expect that initially you will need to invest more time into training than you would be if you did the job yourself. But trust that this investment of time will save you countless hours in the future as your assistant begins to work autonomously without your supervision.
You can expect punctual and reliable support for anything you can imagine. Your assistant will work diligently and showcase excellent work ethic. You will see increased freedom and time to focus on other aspects of your business.
